Phil is also involved in assessing and managing risk and providing legal services

Peter Wilson
QUALIFICATIONS
LLB (University of Melbourne)
Peter is the Managing Director of Nevett Ford. Over 38 years of practice he has
developed extensive experience in all areas of litigation. He has developed a strong
interest in alternative dispute resolution and is an accredited specialist in mediation.
He is an experienced speaker and delivers workshop papers on corporate governance.
Peter is a former part time presiding member of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
of Victoria (now VCAT); the founding chair of Law Australasia, a coalition of independent
law firms throughout Australia.
Apart from his legal career, Peter is also active in the community and is the chairman
of the North Ballarat Football Club (VFL) and a Member of Council of the University
of Ballarat.

Angus is a lawyer practising at our Melbourne office.
Angus practises in Litigation & Dispute Resolution and he is also a member of
the firm's Employment & Workplace Relations work group.
Angus assists commercial and private clients to resolve a broad range of legal disputes
including commercial and contractual claims, insolvency, debt recovery, defamation,
employment and workplace relations matters, discrimination, personal injury, negligence
actions, regulatory prosecutions and government inquiries.
His professional interests focus on advocacy and providing strategic advice to clients
to ensure the most effective management of disputes and litigation.

Gregory Doran
QUALIFICATIONS

Greg is a Director practising at our Melbourne Office.
A member of the Litigation Practice Group he has extensive experience particularly
in resolving clients’ claims in all manner of litigation but particularly personal
injury, workers compensation and insolvency.
Greg has also practised as a barrister at the Victorian Bar and continues to appear
regularly before courts and tribunals.
Greg also donates his time as a volunteer at the Essendon Community Legal Centre
and is a member of Amnesty International, Plan International and Medecins Sans Frontiers.
